    From 12:00-12:30 PM CST there will be a break for lunch. From 12:30-1:00 PM NAWDP will host Legislative Updates. NAWDP Board Members share insight on current and proposed legislation and its potential effect on workforce development.

  • 1:00 – 2:00 pm Customer-Focused Coaching
    Let’s reimagine the customer experience and putting your coaching role into action. We will walk through the specifics of coaching in the world of employment and training.
  • 2:00 – 3:00 pm Career Coaching Before, During, and After COVID
    Coaching to guide individuals in exploring a route that leads to self-sufficiency has evolved in the last year and requires workforce professionals to be versatile and resourceful. Virtual interactions become an essential ingredient to success coaching. This module will provide you with thoughtful consideration of what self-sufficiency is and how to successfully braid in-person and virtual communication.
